Conference Location
The conference will be held at Loyola University Chicago. The Lake Shore campus is located at 1032 W Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL 60660, which is right beside Lake Michigan. Below is its bird's eye view. Conference Buildings
Below is the layout of the campus. Main sessions and all activities will be held in Mundelein Center (# 27). Meals will be served in the dining hall of Damen Student Center (# 13). Housing for those staying on campus is in the dormitory, Francis Hall (# 34). Parking is available at P1. The major avenues are West Sheridan Road and North Sheridan Road. All buildings are within walking distance. On the first day of the conference, if you arrive by car and park it at P1, please go to Damen Student Center for check-in.
Main Meeting Room
The main sessions will be held in Rooney Hall located in the Mundelein Center (#27). Mundelein Center will also hold other activities such as Group Bible Study (GBS) and Interest Groups (IG). Below is the bird's eye view of Rooney Hall.
Introduction to Housing
Francis Hall (# 34) boasts many amenities such as community kitchens and lounges on each floor. The residence hall holds many bedrooms. Staying in this hall is encouraged for attendees especially from outside of Chicago. For attendees from Chicago UBF, staying at Francis Hall is optional due to the close proximity to the church and possibility to commute. Below is a glimpse of a floor lounge that reveals a community kitchen.
Room Description
Below is the top view of one room that has two single beds and desks. The other type of room is a triple consisting of a single bed and a bunk bed. Francis Hall was recently built and is in good condition. Two rooms share one adjoining bathroom.

Are linens included?
Yes, attendees staying at Francis Hall receive 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase and 2 towels. Extra towels are available at front desk in lobby. Linen packet will be in your assigned room.
What do I receive at check-in?
The check-in has two procedures: one by UBF and the other by Loyola staff. All must go to Damen Center for checking in with UBF. You will receive a program booklet, badge and others. If you have chosen a bed, go to Francis Hall and proceed to the front desk to receive the following: 1) Key Card to enter Francis Hall, Physical key to enter dorm room, and others.
Can I control the temperature in my dorm room?
Yes, you can control the temperature in your room.
What is the penalty for lost keys?
The lost key fee if $150 for the physical room key and $25 for the proxy card used to enter Francis Hall dorm.
Are toiletries included in Francis Hall?
No, toiletries like soap and shampoo are not included. Please bring your own.
Is there laundry services available in Francis Hall?
Yes, laundry machines are located on each floor of Francis Hall and are free of charge. You will need to bring your own detergent.
