Conference Location
The conference will be held at Wyndham Springfield City Center. Its address is 700 E Adams St, Springfield IL 62701. Its phone number is 217-789-1530. The hotel is big enough to provide participants with sleeping rooms, meals, and meeting places. Please visit its home page for more information.
Main Session
The main session will be held at the combined room of Capitol and Illinois on the Mezzanine level. Below is its layout. We have rented all the meeting rooms for the conference and will use them for various activities such as banquets and group Bible studies.
Introduction to Housing
Use the Wyndham reservation link (HERE) and reserve your hotel room out of your pocket, since it is not included in the conference fee. The hotel offers three room types: 1 King, 2 Queens and Studio. We recommend 1 King for a couple, 2 Queens for students up to four so that they can share the cost. We recommend 2 Queens for a family with up to two children and Studio for a family with more than two children. Below is the photos of room types. Note that the number of Studio is very limited. So, first come, first served. When you reserve a hotel, please keep a confirmation number, and use it for check-in, since many of us have the same name. We will assist you in finding roommates if you make such a request during the registration for the conference.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I find my roommates?
You find your friends or peers in your chapter who will attend the conference. You can ask for help from your shepherd or senior pastor in your chapter. In addition, you can make such a request while you register for the conference. We will share a pool of registrants so that you can contact anyone in the pool and make him/her your roommate.
