Welcome to the conference! The registration starts from 3pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The first dinner starts at 5pm on Thursday. The first main session starts at 7pm on Thursday. Your name badge is required to enter the auditorium for the general sessions and the dining hall for meals. This requirement is for security. We encourage you to wear your badge all the time while you participate in the program. Below are the instructions about Onsite Check-In, Meals, Parking and UBF Office. Please review the page for Location & Housing if you need information on the conference buildings.
If you arrive before the dinner at 5pm, please go to Francis Hall (#34). You will find the UBF registration booth in the lobby of Francis Hall. The booth will be open from 3pm to 5pm. Afterwards, it will be inside the UBF Office that will be announced later. You will receive all necessary materials for the conference such as your name badge and wristband.
The dining hall is in Damen Student Center (#13). Your admission fee includes nine meals: Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch. All meals are offered as a buffet. You need a wristband for access to the dining hall. Please make sure you get it during the check-in. Below is the top view of the dining hall.

The office is open to everyone during the conference. Its location and schedule will be determined. Its phone number is 224-382-5022, which takes calls only during the hours of operation. You are welcome to leave a message either by voice or text when nobody answers. Office managers answer them during office hours, depending on the contents.
The office provides you with many services. For example, the office assists you with registration (Note. Detailed process will be announced later). Some wonder if their friends from other chapters attend the conference. Some lose their precious belongings. The office staff can answer these inquiries to the best of their abilities. The office also provides conference managers with its place and equipment even outside the hours of operation. Please contact the manager Alinne Tapia should any manager need to do so.
