General Information & Policy

Onsite Check-In

The main event for 2025 MSBC starts from the general session at 7pm on June 26, 2025. Note that no dinner is offered to you on the first evening. Upon your arrival, you have two check-ins. The order does not matter.  (1) You proceed to the hotel front desk, give your confirmation number, and get a room key. You can go to your room and rest. (2) You proceed to the UBF check-in booth on the Mezzanine level and get a name badge. Even if you printed out the name badge and bring it with you, we want you to check in at the registration booth so that we know you have participated in the conference as planned. The name bade is required to enter the meeting rooms for the general sessions and banquets. This requirement is for security. In fact, we encourage you to wear your badges all the time while you participate in the program. The check-in booth is open from 2pm to 7pm on June 26, 2025. Afterwards, it will be inside the UBF Office that will be announced later.

Meals

Your conference fee includes four meals: Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner. We may offer Sunday lunch, depending on the available fund. We will use four rooms for the meal: Prairie on the Mezzanine level, Embassy Room and Ambassador Ballroom on the concourse level. Below is the layout of the concourse level. While you can go to any room, we may assign a room to you for even distribution. 

You are on your own for breakfast. The hotel offers several venues for breakfast such as Starbucks and Cafeteria. The cafeteria is open from 6am to 10am, offering a buffet at $15.00 for an adult and its half price for a child. Below is the photo of the cafeteria for buffet near the front desk.

Parking

The hotel has a parking garage behind the front entrance. Please follow the signs to enter the garage. Parking fee is included when you reserve a room. You ask for a parking pass and display it in your car.

UBF Office

The office is open to everyone during the conference. Its location and schedule are shown below (to be determined). The office has its phone, which takes calls only during the hours of operation. You are welcome to leave a message either by voice or text when nobody answers. Office managers answer them during office hours, depending on the contents.

The office provides you with many services. For example, the office assists you with registration (Note. Detailed process will be announced later). Some wonder if their friends from other chapters attend the conference. Some lose their precious belongings. The office staff can answer these inquiries to the best of their abilities. The office also provides conference managers with its place and equipment even outside the hours of operation. Please contact the manager ? should any manager need to do so. 

Onsite Check-Out

As a courtesy, please leave your room key to the front desk when you check out. Remember that your check out time is 11am. We encourage you to pack your luggage and put it in your trunk before you join the general session on Sunday. You do not need to come to the UBF Office to return your name badge. Please keep it as your souvenir.
