Admission Fee 

The admission fee includes 9 meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch), use of the Rooney Hall in Mundelein Center for general sessions, meeting space for GBS/interest groups, parking, conference materials and general overhead for conference operations. The fee is tiered to help those with low or no income. The early bird rate applies according to the registration schedule below. After it ends, the standard rate applies.  The housing fee is an additional charge for those who choose to stay in the Loyola University Residence Hall.

Housing Fee (Loyola University Francis Hall)

Staying in Loyola University's Francis Hall is recommended for attendees from outside Chicago. While it is open to all conference attendees, it is not required to stay on campus. Those who prefer to commute daily to Loyola would not select the Housing Fee when registering for the conference. $100 is for 3 nights of housing per person. See the Location & Housing tab for more details on room types. The number of available beds is limited to 300. The popular principle applies: first come, first served.

Is there early bird registration?
Yes, early bird registration is available until May 11, 2025 at 11:59pm (CST). After that, conference fee increases by $15.
How long is the online registration website open?
The online registration website is open until June 8, 2025 at 11:59pm (CST). All conference fee payments are due before the registration website closes.
Who is included in 'Graduate', 'College Student', 'Teen' and 'Child'?
A graduate is a non-student who is beyond high school age but not currently attending college. A college is someone currently enrolled in college who has not graduated yet. A teen is someone who is from age 13-18. A child is someone who is age 12 and under. Note that the category selected should be made as of the 1st Day of the conference, June 26, 2025.
Is partial registration available?
Partial registration is not available.
Is partial payment available?
Full payment is preferred, but we are mindful of those who cannot afford it. Yes, a minimum payment of $100 is available at each installment. All payments are due prior to the close of registration on June 8, 2025. If you have a balance less than $100 during the installments, please select the full payment option to pay the remaining balance to complete registration.
Can I cancel my registration? If so, can I get my payment back?
Yes, you can cancel your registration prior to the registration close of June 8, 2025. You get the refund only if you have completed the full registration payment. However, there is a service fee of $20 deducted from the refund.
What if I don't have a credit card to make a payment?
Ask a parent or Bible teacher to use their credit card. The card name does not need to match the conference attendant name.
What if I arrive after check in with UBF staff closes?
See General Information & Policy for more information on the Check-in process.
What if I registered before the Wyndham Hotel cancelled?
Your registration will carry forward for the conference at Loyola University. If you want to stay in campus housing, select an interest group or change your registration, you would need to modify your existing registration using the confirmation # from your original confirmation email. If you do not have your confirmation #, please submit a contact us form in this website.
Is the housing fee a per day fee?
No, the $100 includes 3 nights of housing.
