The admission fee includes 9 meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch), use of the Rooney Hall in Mundelein Center for general sessions, meeting space for GBS/interest groups, parking, conference materials and general overhead for conference operations. The fee is tiered to help those with low or no income. The early bird rate applies according to the registration schedule below. After it ends, the standard rate applies. The housing fee is an additional charge for those who choose to stay in the Loyola University Residence Hall.

Staying in Loyola University's Francis Hall is recommended for attendees from outside Chicago. While it is open to all conference attendees, it is not required to stay on campus. Those who prefer to commute daily to Loyola would not select the Housing Fee when registering for the conference. $100 is for 3 nights of housing per person. See the Location & Housing tab for more details on room types. The number of available beds is limited to 300. The popular principle applies: first come, first served.
